When you use Vencer to generate a report, you voluntarily provide:
Personal information:
- Student name and email address
- Grade level and Florida residency status
Academic information:
- GPA (weighted and unweighted)
- Standardized test scores (SAT, ACT, PSAT, CLT)
- AP courses, class rank, volunteer hours
- Extracurricular activities, achievements, and talent category
Financial information (for scholarship guidance only):
- Household income bracket (range only — not exact income)
- First-generation college student status
- Siblings in college
College preferences:
- Target schools and size/location preferences
- Intended majors
We do not collect Social Security numbers, government IDs, or precise financial account information.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use the information you provide solely to:
- Generate your personalized college planning report
- Email you the link to your report
- Improve the quality of our service (aggregated and anonymized)
We do not use your information for advertising. We do not sell your information to third parties.

We retain your student record and generated report indefinitely so that you can access your report via the link we emailed you. If you would like your data deleted, contact us at support@getvencer.com and we will remove it within 30 days.
6. Students and Minors
Vencer is designed to be used by parents and guardians on behalf of high school students, or by students aged 13 and older with parental awareness. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 without verifiable parental consent. If you believe a child under 13 has submitted information without consent, contact us and we will delete it promptly.
7. Security
We take reasonable measures to protect your information, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), secure database access controls, and limited access to production data. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. Your Rights
You may contact us at any time to:
- Request a copy of the data we hold about you
- Request correction of inaccurate data
- Request deletion of your data
